Interesting Read
"I enjoyed this book very much, he brought up a lot of things that makes u think about the reality of the show. I especially enjoyed the part about the trip to Florida. I am a Christian and God said that once u die u are dead and can not talk to anyone."

Never Mock God: An Unauthorized Investigation into Paranormal State's "I Am Six" Case

"As a child I wanted to be a garbage collector because they got to ride on the back of a truck and squash garbage. Instead, I went to seminary and became an ordained pastor. However unpleasant waste management and garbage collecting may now seem to me, I know how important it is. What Kirby Robinson did in "Never Mock God" is a form of waste management or garbage disposal..not a pleasant task but one that is greatly needed; and he did it with skill and competence...he achieved his objective.
That objective was to analyze a TV episode of Paranormal State, in which there was the alleged possession and exorcism of a young lady. It is evident that the author takes no pleasure in this necessary task of systematically unveiling the rotting garbage of how this show was produced.
He certainly gets it right when he states that exorcisms have absolutely no place on TV. If that one basic assunption of human decency was followed, then all this garbage never would have happened. I admire his strong stance for insisting on this.
He also correctly reminds the reader that possession/exorcism is not a paranormal issue but a theological issue. This is something that everyone involved, including the now deceased exorcist, seemed to forget.
There is a logical flow to the book that makes the cumulative evidence compiled all the more convincing.Well before the end of the book there is sufficient evidence to conclude that the show was, in fact, garbage. This particular episode was viewed by millions, and it successfully pulled the wool over most of their eyes.Because it was seen by so many people, and because it was seriously in error in numerous ways, Mr Robinson did us an important and significant service in writing this book. I recommend it highly for all who are honest seekers for truth."

Paranormal State EXPOSED

I was fortunate enough to receive an early copy of Kirby Robinson’s new book Paranormal State EXPOSED as I read through the introduction I knew this was no ordinary expose’ and the first paragraphs had me. I thought to myself OMG this is going to make heads spin, I was hooked. The further I read the better I liked it.  Kirby does the one thing I really respect; he states there are no personal attacks, no rumors and effectively no "dirt" so to say about an individual’s personal life and there isn't!

Kirby promises the information delivered is logical and clear and it certainly is.  Each episode is broken down and Kirby even suggests you have your episodes ready so you can follow his account play by play; he gives the reader a chance to decide for themselves if this was a real reality show or a staged one.

Kirby Robinson gives one of the best unbiased accounts of paranormal television chicanery ever written, he keeps it on topic and interesting from start to finish. If you’re a Paranormal State fan get ready for some thinking because if you had questions before, you’re really going to have them after reading Paranormal State EXPOSED…

There are some very delightful open letters to Kirby that surprised me as I read thru them. I will say this Kirby, you are genuine and not afraid to laugh and share what most egos could never do, by including your criticisms and hate mail you have crossed boundaries and right into ingenious and just downright entertaining.

Seeing Ghosts Through God's Eyes: A Worldwide Analysis of Earthbound Spirits

Affirmation of Biblical Perspective Applied To The Paranormal, November 6, 2011

Reverend Hunnemann's work "Seeing Ghosts Through God's Eyes" is brilliant in its direct application of logic and facts, both from worldview and biblical. Reading this book affirmed twenty-two years of my work as a Christian Demonologist, Paranormal Investigator, and Ordained Minister. Long have I held the belief, from direct experience and study, that ghosts were not the human spirits trapped on this earth, but the demonic deception to draw in the unsuspecting. Hunnemann lays out the essentials in logical progression, even dealing with non-believing readers difficulties with the Bible. He helps walk the reader step by step through his findings, allowing them to draw their own conclusions that when honestly done with an open mind, brings them to where he now stands.

I highly recommend anyone that is involved in paranormal investigations, any Christian that questions where the Bible stands on this topic, and ALL clergy that has chosen to not address this growing phenomenon, to read this book. It is TRULY AN EYE (AND MIND) OPENER!

Steve from Claranormal [Claremont Paranormal] gave us a 5-star review.

"If you're a fan of paranormal shows on television, any of them, or a fan of critical thinking, you too will enjoy the expert critical analysis the authors bring to bear on the show Paranormal State. This book will blow you away.

I very much enjoyed reading this book, did so in one sitting in fact, and enjoyed it enough to take the time to review it, something I don't typically do.

The authors do a masterful job of breaking the television show Paranormal State down show by show, segment by segment, scene by scene, revealing that which almost everybody misses consciously. Amazing.

From start to finish the authors kept me engaged and focused, not an easy task, and they leave no stone unturned, all without getting into the personal lives of the team members themselves.

One recommendation which is also noted in the book: Do have either the episodes of Paranormal State on DVD or access to the episodes online (or possess a photographic memory) so you can see EXACTLY what the authors are talking about, scene by scene, for yourself.

It's a great book, and a recommended read. Author Kirby Robinson was even kind enough to come onto my radio show and talk about the book, a visit which was both memorable and informative. That's how much I enjoyed this book! Writing is not easy. Putting a book out that one has worked on so diligently can be daunting. On the other hand, finally seeing one’s book come to fruition is an exciting time for any author. As a writer, I understand. And will overlook Kirby Robinson’s zealousness in promoting his book. He has achieved something many will not. He has written a book. And writing is not easy. Anyone who has ever spent the long hours required to produce a book deserves to be proud.

The first thing that struck me about this book is that early on Robinson gives us the definition of a para-celeb. And by that definition (a famous person due to speaking gigs, books and internet) he has himself joined the ranks of para-celebrity. Never does he acknowledge his new earned para-celebrity.

But he assures us that the book is not about personal attacks and Paranormal Reality moves forward. The book in itself is informative. While I don’t necessarily agree with Kirby Robinson’s findings, there is no denying that he has included some interesting facts. As a side note, I will mention that one of which is the history of reality television. It’s been around longer than I imagined. Inclusion of this tidbit peaked my curiosity. Is the rest of his research as thorough?  Apparently it is.

He has spent a lot of time focusing on what he sees as flaws and wrongdoing by the television series Paranormal State. But that should not surprise given the title of his book, Paranormal Reality Investigating Paranormal State.

To his credit, Robinson offered all those involved with the show the opportunity to tell their side of it. Most declined. The book covers all 5 seasons and Robinson suggests the reader watch DVDs of the show. And that is a very good suggestion. By using the book as a guide, the viewer will not miss anything that Robinson points out. Whether or not the reader will enjoy this book depends on his, or her, interest in the television series Paranormal State. Fans of the show will no doubt find this book invaluable and eye-opening. Those who don’t care about the show (or who have never watched an episode) probably won’t understand a lot of what Robinson attempts to point out.

"I just wanted to thank you again for joining me this past Thursday [March 31, 2011] on Forgotten Truth Radio. I really enjoyed the interview and the discussion we had. I feel that your book is very well written and deeply researched."

Erik Scerbak, Forgotten Truth Radio

"This Blog put out a book that claims to have all sorts of evidence that A&E and Ryan may be running "Paranormal State" as a scripted show. I have read it and do not want to make any accusations, but it is a very eye opening look into the making of the show, and why some people left. http://eyeontheparanormal.blogspot.com/ The interesting part is that the book is written by a believer, not a blinded skeptic type." Haunted Bytown

"I was surprised to see you are into the paranormal. I would expect a book like this from James Randi. Much more interesting coming from someone in the field." John
